To access Salve services clinic users must have a clinic-owned email address, and patients are subject to a multi-factor authentication process including email address and phone number matching with the clinic’s patient record.

Storing Data Safely
We store your data based in your clinic’s geographic location using Amazon Web Services cloud servers, meeting ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018 and ISO 9001 regulations.
Gold Standard Protection
All data both at rest and in transit have 2048 bit encryption. Patient and clinic staff passwords are never stored or visible to Salve, and authenticated JSON web tokens are used to access server-side resources.
